Dear NYC Inhabitants-

This week, we saw sustainable architecture history being made as a couple moved into the first legal, stacked shipping container home in Brooklyn. David Boyle and Michele Bertomen opened up their self-designed, self-built container house to us and showed us everything from the two amazing rooftop decks to the clever repurposed furniture to the house's furry mascot, Zero. Click through our gallery to take your own tour through this inspirational abode.
