| In response to the investment change of New Taipei industrial policies, Xinzhuang New Urban Center now faces the need to adjust its positioning. INTA has been consulted to run a 3-day technical workshop with the management team of the main developer and the University to develop a strategy for an Intelligent Urban Centre in support to the Economy. A spatial response to technological and economic challenges.

High migration flows created by the expansion of mining areas are mainly directed towards the outward districts of the city and rural villages which become new poles of development.

| En réponse aux nouvelles politiques industrielles de Taipei, le nouveau centre urbain de Xinzhuang fait face maintenant à la nécessité de se repositionner. L'INTA à la demande de l'Université National Chiao Tung et du centre de recherche Eco-City organise un atelier de 3 jours de discussions techniques avec le promoteur, son équipe tawanaise de maitrise d'œuvre et l'Université technique nationale pour élaborer une stratégie pour un centre urbain intelligent à l'appui de l'économie. Une réponse spatiale aux défis technologiques et économiques.
En savoir plus.. | La croissance urbaine forte que la ville d'Andahuaylas connait ces dernières années a mis à jour les contradictions entre les dynamiques rurales et urbaines de ce territoire.
Les flux migratoires denses créés par l'élargissement des zones d'extraction minière sont orientés principalement vers les districts annexes de la ville et les villages ruraux qui deviennent de nouveaux pôles de développment.
